Camp. 7th september. Friday. 2007

Rules and regulations.

Attire.

- Mufti worn is to be tucked in at all times. This includes before or after activity and outside of school.
- No ABCD : No arguing, bargaining, complaining or dragging of footwear.
- School rules apply at all times.
- Shoes have to be tied with double knots at all times.
- No ankle socks are allowed.
- Spectacle hooks are to be worn throughout the whole activity.
- No jewelleries such as necklaces, bracelets and friendship bands are to be worn unless a valid reason is given.
- Red Cross nametag to be worn at all times.
- Any other food given, such as sweets or any own food that you have, are strictly not allowed to be consumed. You must only eat the food provided during the meals.
- No coloured bras are allowed.

When sitting/standing.
- Fists are to be clenched and put on knees.
- Back should be straight and not leaning against the chair.
- Feet should be closed together with heels touching.
- Shoulders should be pulled back.
- Look smart and look up.
- In diam position, make sure your eyes are fixed and not moving around.
- Always stand on both legs and do not slouch.

When moving to the next destination.
They are suppose to run to the next destination.
If the floor is wet, they are to brisk walk.
If they need to go anywhere, they are to go in pairs.
Anyone found alone would be “kidnapped” by the NCOs.

Labelled plastic plate and mug (to be non-disposable and heat-resistant). 1 each.

Jewelry (unless for religious purpose).

Attire on camp.

For Outdoor cooking, you all would be grouped as following.

Food.

Can of corn. 1 can ($0.87each) Mili.
Can of mushroom. 1 can ($1.10 each) Hosen.
Maggi. 5 packets ($1.60 each) Myojo.
Can of peanuts. 1 can ($0.50 each) Mili.
Can of baked beans. 1 can ($0.75 each) Mili.
Can of sausages. 1 can ($3.67 each) Tulip.

You all are given the above variety of food to choose from. But for the groups with 4 people, you all have to get 4 packets of maggi and 3 cans of food. Your budget is $8.00. For those with 5 people, you have to get 5 packets of maggi and 4 cans of food. Your budget is $10.00.
The above amount of food items is to ensure that you all will not get hungry throughout the entire half-day camp.

Most importantly of all, you all should be aware of the dietary restrictions of your own groupmates so that you all would not buy the wrong food stuff. And you all must also make sure that you all would not exceed your own budget. Receipt would be collected by the IC when you all fall in and report.

I would like to highlight upon "Labelled plastic plate and mug (to be non-disposable and heat-resistant). "
I think it would be best that we print it like we print our bottle tags.
Dimensions: 2cm by 7cm.
Font & size: Comic Sans. bold.
Please note that each name has to be printed twice as we need 2 for both the plate and mug.
I would be printing extra for everyone extra in case anyone's tag smudges.
I think its best if one sec 2 from each Outdoor Cooking group would help everyone in the group to print which includes sec 1s. please inform the sec 1s we would help them to print so that they wouldnt have to worry yeah?[:
And for those who don't have printer, please do come early, which includes sec 1s, so rmb to ask them to come early.
I would be in school at 6.15am.
I know its real early, but yeah, its better to be prepared earlier! :]

so yupp, with regards to food, another sec 2 from the Ourdoor Cooking group can be in charge of buying the food and other materials needed.

And lastly, I think this is a good chance to show our ma'ams that we are worthy of our welfare and lvl heads, so lets all put in our bestest bestest effort, stick tgt no matter what, help each other our cause this is the time we need each other's support. We're all in this tgt ( I know this is a song lyric ;P ), everyone's going thru the same camp, so cheer each other on, it helps.
