• the i/c for the week would be the one saying "sec 1s and 2s, on the count of 2,3,4 greet _______ when we are in the mini forum before activity

• the i/c for the week would be the one organising squad meetings for pratices on our RC subjects.

• the previous i/c of the previous week would be the right marker!

• if you want squad meetings and your not the i/c, you may tell the i/c nicely " May you organise a squad meeting for ______ (the blank is the purpose of the meeting) on _______ ( the blank is the date & time ). and the i/c will help to call everyone and inform everyone! the i/c can also inform squadmates about activity at the same time to save time okay? :)

and thr wld be a meeting to fill up a form, which shows the timetable of everyone after school for the entire week ( monday to friday ) and also usually what activities we have for sat and sunday, like some squadmates have church and family gatherings and stuff.

After we finished filling up the form, I wld scan it, upload it on photobucket and then leave the link at the "links" section of the blog, so anyone can save it into their computer and refer to it.

I think that would be a great help to the i/c if they suddenly find they cant contact a person say at 4pm on a saturday. and on th form, it says the person is at church, 4pm on saturday, then the I/c dun have to worry larh! :D cause the i/c knows that the person is out and she can call later.

Yupps, so because i love you ( I know Im being egoistic here, hahas ;D ) all so much, i shall be giving out dove chocolate, you know the chocolate that is in a hexagon shaped box? Everyone will get one plus a nice nice note.
