Lastly, Lets all hope that our squad files go thru the checking okay!
I understand that some of ur are busy and stuff, so didn't have time to meet up to standardise the files with the rest of us.
But your initiative to send in those files to 2C3 on time is greatly appreciatated.
Thats our first step to being a more initiative and effective squad.
Rmb. Being initiative and taking th lead to do smth as a leader doesnt mean that you order and command your team mates along. A good leader would be a good example and lead the team, showing the team mates what to do and participating together. And of course, if th team leader doesnt do a very good job, do accept th fact because no one is perfect and if th team leader if rly that bad, voice out your thoughts nicely, we all have feeling too okay? As for the team mates, cooperate with your team leader and everyone will make a perfect team.
So yup, so the sucess of the squad, GAMBETTES~!!! :DDD
